Thanks for your great article on abs! It’s always my least favorite part so I’m thrilled to have you reinforce this concept that our abs are used in many other exercises. My favorite? Using the Keiser weight pulleys that use body weight and can be configured to do a conjunction of upper body with an ab workout.
