At the age of 30, I was somewhat overweight. I weighed 145-150 lbs. and wore size 10-12. I had no clue what I was doing in the gym.
I met someone who taught me about fitness and nutrition. She inspired me to be a better version of myself. She made me feel like the rockstar that I am.
It eventually led me to where I am now…pursing my passion to help others as a Wellness & Lifestyle Coach!
At the age of 44, my weight fluctuates between 136-142 lbs. and I wear size 2-4. I feel completely in tune with my body.
Could I look better? Of course! I was in much better shape just the year prior.
After an incredibly stressful year and not putting my fitness at the forefront, I still managed to take care of myself.
And those times that I didn’t…I was gentle with myself and got back on track.
I know what I’m doing and that comes from years of paying attention…to the health industry, to my body, and listening to my heart.
If you want someone to work with you to tap into a better version of yourself and rediscover the rockstar that you are, schedule a FREE 1-on-1 strategy session with me.
